I can't stand black crates! Wanted white from the get-go, and petsalley.com was one of the few places I could find a white crate for my dog. It's easy to collapse and expand, and it looks good in the house. My only complaint is that my dog was able to figure out the latch and let herself out. (Resolved with a couple of $2 clips from Home Depot.) My puppy is out-growing her crate, and now I'm back to buy another one. Petsalley.com was so good the first time around, I came right back for the second one.
