In the past, customers had asked for the lightest weight carrier because they have bad shoulder or back muscles. We would suggest one that fits their requirement.

Until one day, we received a well written apologetic letter from a senior customer for returning a carrier we spent a good amount of time discussed and recommended, we know we didn't do a good enough job. Besides looking for lighter weight materials, we spent a good amount of time discussing what and how we can eliminate or change from our current structure and features to come up with one that is "meaningfully" light.

Here we are one year later, we can let that customer know we may have something that can work for her.
