Shopping Tips
We've done our best to make shopping at Pets Alley an easy, enjoyable experience for you. Using the links and selection lists on the left, you can access our various product pages directly in our three main sections: Dog Supplies, Cat Supplies, and the Gift Shop. The links at top take you to these sections, as well as give you access to information pages (like this one), your shopping cart, and the checkout process.
To help you shop the product pages, here are a few tips:
- When you find something you want, enter a quantity in the field provided, then click the "add to cart" button. Doing so adds the item to your selections in the shopping cart. (You have an opportunity to remove the item from the shopping cart later, if you change your mind.)
- In some cases there may be more than one quantity field for a product, depending upon available options for that product. Make sure you enter the desired quantity in the field for the option you want.
- Your selection is entered automatically on your shopping cart, a running record of your selections. The shopping cart tells you the total costs for the items you've selected, as well as shipping charges. You may choose to continue shopping, remove unwanted products, or proceed directly to checkout.
- When you are ready to checkout, click the link either at the top of the site or on the shopping cart page. You will taken automatically to our secure server, where all data you enter is encrypted for your protection.
- We respect your privacy, and appreciate the need to keep all data you provide to us secure. Feel confident that every technological precaution has been taken to guarantee the safety of your data from hackers and other third parties.
